 Garages
are primarily used for protecting your car from the elements. However, a majority
of people also use their garage for storing garden tools, automotive tools, and
power equipment, among other house hold accessories.

Apartment - This type of garage has an apartment above, which can accommodate a guest, be used as an office, or used for generating rental income |

Carport - This is a type of garage that has no walls. The purpose of this type of garage is to keep the sun, tree sap, and birds from damaging your car |

Detached Garage - This style of garage is closed and does not connect to the house. It can be built where desired on the property |

Garage Under - This style of garage is well used on lots that are sloping. |

Oversized Garage - This type of garage is for people wishing to have extra space, either for additional vehicles, boats, golf carts, added storage, or workspace. |

Rear Garage -This is a garage that is built in the rear of the house. It can be separate or detached depending on the plan. |

Tandem Garage - are garages that are built to accommodate a narrow home lot. This type of garage can be small or oversized, depending on how narrow the lot is. |
