- Access to an extensive team of highly trained residential home designers. The same drawing standards are used by all our professionals to assure a high quality product, and to save time and money. Communication by fax and e-mail facilitates the flow of information and reduces the time needed to complete changes. Charges are based on an hourly rate.
- Quick turnaround time. Most house design changes can be made in 10-15 business days, following approval of any preliminary designs, if applicable.
Our Step-by-Step Customization Process:
- You select the house plan you want and call our toll-free number to order your $50 estimate.
- You fill out the modification checklist that we fax or e-mail to you and then you fax it back. The $50 fee is credited toward the total cost of the modifications.
- Within two business days after we receive your modification checklist, we will provide you with an initial written cost estimate, which includes the price of the reproducible master and the modification fees.
